Direct Cremation

What is Direct Cremation?

Direct Cremation is often used as a term to describe a funeral where a person’s wish is to be cremated without a funeral service in the traditional sense. The Deceased is conveyed to the crematorium at a pre-booked date and time, taken into the Chapel and then cremated. There is no provision for music or for a Eulogy in any form. Our option B listed below does allow for a small number of mourners to witness the Committal. For further information on these options please contact us.
